Laugh at yourself

“It’s been a year since I took to the comedy stage, and I’ve discovered that in order for something to truly be funny, it must be true.  The truth is funny, no matter how painful it may be. 

I’ve heard once you can laugh at some of the pain in your life, you’re on to something.   JMD

    you got that right ! my husband passed away 6 years ago and he left us with the knowledge that laughter makes you better - - if it were not for his goofiness i would be a big mess !!!!! so my theory will always be :
    LOVE LIVE & LAUGH!!!
    i do all of the above each and everyday!!!
