I recently heard a story about a woman who lost everything and went to prison. After serving 5 years for DWI manslaughter, she began to rebuild her life. She’s now a university professor. She ended her talk by quoting someone who once said, ‘It’s never too late to become what you might have been’. JMD

I tried to vote after work yesterday thinking the polls were open until 7 p.m. They closed at 6 p.m. and the location was moved. I’ll try again today. My grandfather bled red, white & blue and never missed a chance to vote. JMD

We at WVIW spread the full gospel message of Jesus Christ to prisoners, professional correctional people, victims of crime, and their respective families.
WVIW provides strengthening of relationships between inmates and their spouses by providing marriage seminars inside the units. We provide three day Crusades, taking the Word of Jesus Christ within the walls. We diligently fight alcohol/drug addiction by providing Overcomer’s meetings inside and outside the walls. We actively network with other ministries to provide the best for all concerned. |

Everyone likes recognition for a job well done. I believe the worst award to receive is one in which you pay and submit your own work for recognition.
If the award is that important and significant it should take nothing on your part to get it. As I look around my room, my awards were given from the heart by people and organizations who took notice of a job well done.
The greatest honor is for a perfect stranger to allow me into their home to tell their story. JMD
