“Leave room for God to surprise you!”

For ten years I was given free Health Club memberships because I was a Fitness Instructor. At times I taught a class almost everyday, so actually using the health club on my own didn’t happen.
I retired from group exercise instruction in 2006 and I left the environment completely. I was burned out. My knees and back hurt and I was constantly fatigued.
Since then I’ve tried to workout here and there. There’s a small gym where I live and I joined a 24 hour fitness center. During some budget cutbacks I dropped that membership.
It wasn’t long before I realized I really do need a place where I can go and move. So, Saturday I joined a new Health Club and I plan on using it, but I’m not going to go Curazy!
